About the role
Product Owner
LotusFlare is seeking a senior technical Product Owner to join our Product Management organization. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our Product and Project delivery teams. You will leverage your deep understanding of our cloud-native SaaS products, specifically the Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud, to guide project teams in delivering scalable, product-aligned customer solutions. Your expertise will be vital in analyzing project designs, identifying root causes of production issues, and contributing to product enhancements that strengthen our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in the DNO BSS stack, including architecture, APIs, data model, and extensibility mechanisms.
- Assist project teams in implementing customer solutions in alignment with product capabilities and the roadmap.
- Review and validate solution designs to ensure consistency with product architecture.
- Support projects in making informed decisions between configuration and customization.
- Analyze production issues and recurring delivery challenges to identify underlying causes.
- Propose product improvements based on feedback gathered during implementation.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, user story definition, and sprint planning.
- Maintain clear documentation for designs, decisions, and implementation patterns.
- Support the design and validation of high-level end-to-end test cases.
- Understand customer end-to-end journey requirements and collaborate with UX Design to create product-aligned journey designs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software projects.
- Experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Software Developer, Product Owner, or System Integrator.
- Proven participation in at least one large-scale product-based project involving customizations and integrations.
