Part-Time Sales Associate

The role of a Sales Associate extends beyond just retail sales. At Lori’s Gifts Inc, you will provide a trusted place for joy and support when people need it most. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  • Greet customers and actively listen to their needs.
  • Ensure inventory levels are stocked and report needs to the manager.
  • Market merchandise following advertising and display plans.
  • Execute daily operational procedures with efficiency and integrity.
  • Communicate and implement Lori’s Gifts policies and procedures.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions using a POS system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED (in progress or obtained); must be 16+ years old.
  • One year of work experience preferred.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation or public transit access.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Previous specialty or big box retail experience is ideal.
