Role Overview

As a Mechatroniker you ensure optimal functionality and availability of production equipment through maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, thus ensuring a smooth production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance, including routine control checks.
• Analyze and resolve production process errors and support machine operators.
• Optimize changeovers, setup times, and ensure correct parameter settings.
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support the maintenance team and mentor apprentices.

Candidate Profile

Required qualifications include a completed training as a Mechatroniker or a similar technical background. Experience with modern filling and packaging machine control is preferred. Candidates must be quick to learn, motivated, independent, and strong team players. Flexibility for shift work including weekends is needed, along with a commitment to the highest safety and quality standards.
