About the Role
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for equipping partners to effectively pitch and support Loop. This role involves building and maintaining partner-facing content, developing AI-driven skills and templates for scalability, and managing consistent partner communications to maximize Loop's value and drive engagement. You will also translate the product roadmap into partner-ready education, create compelling case studies, manage ad-hoc partner marketing requests, and support the planning and execution of partner events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partner-facing content including slides, case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, and demo narratives.
- Create AI-powered Claude skills and templates to streamline asset creation and response to merchant inquiries.
- Execute scaled communication strategies through newsletters, product updates, and other touchpoints.
- Translate product roadmap and launches into accessible partner education.
- Identify, develop, and write mutual customer case studies highlighting Loop + partner value.
- Manage and fulfill ad-hoc partner marketing requests efficiently.
- Support the planning and execution of partner events, such as the annual Partner Summit.

- Partners have immediate access to necessary materials with minimal effort.
- Increased partner engagement with Loop content and educational resources, leading to pipeline growth.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing; partner marketing or enablement experience is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS companies or agencies serving e-commerce clients in the Shopify ecosystem is preferred.
- A proactive, action-oriented approach with the ability to ship quickly while maintaining high standards.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests.
- Natural curiosity and experience with AI and emerging technologies, including workflow automation and content acceleration tools (Claude skill experience is a bonus).
- Adept at transforming complex product information into clear, usable assets.
- Skilled storyteller with a data-driven approach to demonstrate impact and value.
