Overview
Lonza, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a Digital HR Reporting & Security Specialist in San Jose, Costa Rica. This role supports robust Workday security access controls and delivers accurate reports across the Workday HCM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Administration: Configure and maintain Workday security roles, groups, and domain policies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and build reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and scorecards.
- Data Management: Conduct audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
- System Support: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate to enhance workflows and system configurations.
- User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation.
- Workday Releases: Stay current with updates and assist in seamless implementations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams.
Key Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and dashboard development in Workday.
- Expertise in HR system security and Workday configuration.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM modules like Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
- Workday HCM Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
