Our headquarters, located in the heart of Paris, near the Eiffel Tower, offers a stimulating work environment where tradition and modernity meet. By joining our team, you will contribute to perpetuating our heritage of artisanal excellence while participating in ambitious and innovative projects.

Within the international communication department and under the direct supervision of the International Media Director, you will participate in the development of Longchamp's International Media Strategy, providing recommendations to improve the performance of our advertising campaigns.

This internship is available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Synthesis of Strategic Advertising Documents: Summarize macro-strategic studies related to past campaigns (e.g., Brand Lift Studies), extracting key learnings. Integrate other available internal studies (Brand Tracker, etc.). Synthesize studies provided by partner platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) covering optimal purchasing methods, technical campaign settings, and best formats. Formulate adapted recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
  • Analysis of Past Campaigns & Recommendations: Analyze results of previous campaigns using existing reports (agency Excel reports, direct media platform reports from Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). Clearly and concisely synthesize analyses in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Monitoring Advertising Investments & Reporting: Produce investment reports (amounts, geographies, evolution). Synthesize information using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Developing Strategic Guidelines for Local Markets: Utilizing all available data sources, propose clear strategic guidelines for local markets concerning advertising investments: levers, investment proportions, technical settings, etc.
  • Drafting Strategic Documents for Management: Produce PowerPoint presentations on various strategic topics for the Media Director. These presentations will serve as discussion supports with Longchamp's Management.

Candidate Profile

Longchamp is looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join their team.

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing/Strategy, from a Grande Ecole of Business, Engineering, or University. Specialization in strategy and/or consulting is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, acquired through studies and ideally a first experience in a strategy consulting firm or research firm.
  • Creativity & Problem Solving: Demonstrated creativity in proposing solutions derived from your analyses.
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts through clear and adapted PowerPoint presentations.
  • Rigor & Detail-Oriented: Strong intellectual rigor, attention to detail, and avoidance of shortcuts.
  • Work Ethic: Curious, reactive, proactive, and capable of working on multiple subjects simultaneously.
  • Industry Sensitivity: Sensitivity to the luxury universe, although prior experience in the sector is not mandatory.
  • Digital Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape, comfortable seeking information directly from various tools and partner advertising accounts (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated skills from previous experience.
  • Language Skills: Perfect mastery of both French and English, written and oral. Presentations are entirely conducted in English with a high level of expectation, requiring perfect English grammar.
