This Role

As the Coordinator, Client Services at LogixHealth, you will gain operational and client service experience through hands-on work across all departments. You will serve as a client advocate ensuring effective issue resolution and supporting key operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn operations by working across all departments
  • Create monthly summaries and assist with client reconciliations
  • Observe client implementation calls and maintain compliance
  • Uphold company mission, vision, and values

Qualifications

Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), effective verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and routine report writing. Ability to interpret documents and apply instructions accurately.

Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is 42,800 - 53,500 USD per year.
