Software UX Design Intern at Logitech

Based out of our Cork office, this is a Summer internship from June to the end of August 2026.
The Role
We're looking for a passionate and highly collaborative Software UX Design Intern for Logitech G. This summer you will work on a multifunctional team of designers and adjacent disciplines (Eng, Business, Product, etc). You will be part of crafting strategic initiatives, research, user testing & validation, concepting sessions, and will present to leadership when their project wraps. Our ideal candidate is someone who will help us explore future user-engaging and fun opportunities for Logitech in the gaming space for our screen-based devices and software.
By understanding and improving how users interact with our software, we aim to deliver meaningful and engaging experiences for our software. To elevate usability and build stronger connections for our users.
Your Contribution
- Identify design problems /gaps & devise elegant solutions
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Develop sketches, wireframes, scenarios, and prototypes.
- Create compelling summaries and presentations with a good understanding of storytelling.
- Conduct user testing to evaluate the functionality and performance of the UI design and user flows.
- Gather feedback and summaries from professional gamers, streamers, and content creators to optimize usability.
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- Examples of UX Research, Strategy, Interaction, or Visual Design skills and an interest in one of the areas highlighted
- Capability to work on and solve ill-defined problems with creative and innovative solutions.
- Ability to resiliently adapt to rapidly changing constraints and requirements, while maintaining the highest performance standards
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong verbal/written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts.
- A keen sense and interest in current and future technology developments.
Education
Candidate for Bachelors in Human-Centered Design, Interaction, Visual, or UX Design or similar education.
