- Design accessible, inclusive software aligned with WCAG standards.
- Drive cohesion through the Options+ design system while evolving new patterns.
- Collaborate deeply with AI, engineering, and product to shape intelligent, plugin-driven workflows.
- Present work with clarity and influence, guiding stakeholders and leadership.
- Bring strong design perspective while creating alignment across global teams.
What You Bring

- Proven ability to simplify large systems and solve intricate interaction challenges.
- Experience with design systems at scale.
- Strong research literacy and user-centered decision making.

- Advanced Figma skills; motion or prototyping skills are a plus.
- Experience with AI-driven features or emerging tech is a bonus.
- Leadership experience as a Senior or Lead Designer.
A portfolio showcasing complex product work, systems thinking, and visual polish is required.

For the right candidate, support for relocation to Cork may be available, subject to role requirements and individual circumstances.
