Job Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled and process-oriented IT Support Specialist to manage desktop support operations, ticket handling, and IT asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will provide L1/L2 end-user support, ensure SLA-driven ticket resolution, maintain accurate asset tracking, and support endpoint security compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Windows 11 and macOS systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (RAM, SSD, motherboard, peripherals).
- Configure dual monitor setups, docking stations, webcams, and conference room devices.
- Perform OS installation, re-imaging, patching, and system upgrades.
- Diagnose and resolve boot failures, performance issues, and driver conflicts.
- Handle and resolve support tickets through ITSM/ticketing system with SLA adherence.
- Document troubleshooting steps and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Maintain IT asset inventory including serial numbers, asset tags, warranty details, and allocation history.
- Conduct periodic physical asset audits and maintain asset movement logs.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding IT processes including Microsoft 365 and Azure AD account administration.
- Ensure endpoint security compliance including antivirus, encryption, and MDM enrollment.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and basic DNS/DHCP problems.
- Generate monthly reports on ticket metrics, SLA compliance, and asset status.
Job Location & Schedule
This job is an onsite role at Logile Bhubaneswar Office. It is expected that the selected candidate will work standard business hours with flexibility during critical IT incidents or maintenance windows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Desktop / IT Support.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows and basic macOS.
- Experience in IT ticketing systems and SLA management.
- Hands-on experience in IT asset lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MDM solutions.
- Exposure to endpoint security tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
