Overview

The Project Coordinator IT Service Delivery at LogicalisUS provides essential project support and resource management for IT Professional Services Projects. The role involves coordinating, monitoring, and documenting activities for small, minimally complex IT projects in accordance with Logicalis Statements of Work and PMO methodology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with resource assignment, scheduling, and back office data management.
  • Manage resource schedules for engineers and subcontractor technicians.
  • Create and process project engagements in PSA software including contracts and change requests.
  • Lead small projects including initiation meetings and resource preparation.
  • Monitor project activities and update project documents regularly.
  • Ensure quality service delivery, on time and within budget.
  • Escalate issues and collaborate with the PMO Manager when necessary.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and service improvement activities.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience with project management practices or IT support roles is required. Education preferred includes an Associate Degree or higher in Business Management, Project Management, or Information Technology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Industry certifications in Project Management or IT are a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service are necessary. The role may require sitting, standing, and occasional light physical activity up to 10 pounds.
