Job Description
What You’ll Do
The Project Coordinator role at Project Coordinator involves managing multiple projects ranging from $5k to $50k. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying project resource requirements.
- Negotiating resource commitments to complete deliverables within time frames.
- Resourcing professional services engineers and updating the Project Management System.
- Directing and coordinating project activities for assigned projects.
- Building and supporting effective project teams.
- Providing timely, professional advice on project development and delivery issues.
- Preparing accurate reports, submissions, briefings, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Delivering small technical projects using established processes and frameworks with regular reviews.
- Focusing on client engagement and facilitating communication between clients and the project team.
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with exceptional customer service. Effective time management, the ability to juggle tasks and delegate, empathy, strong listening skills, and sound business acumen are key. A positive, can-do attitude with ethical decision-making is essential, along with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage conflicting priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
