Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and supervise the operational activities of our guest services team. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and supervise the operational activities of our guest services team at Loews Hotels. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our team delivers exceptional service and quality, consistently exceeding guest expectations at the front desk and in concierge services.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations of the Front Office Team.
- Lead and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise the guest services team for high performance and morale.
- Manage payroll services, including scheduling and time-card approvals.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance service quality.
- Oversee room allocations and coordinate with housekeeping.
- Implement training programs and mentor staff.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare performance reports on operational effectiveness and guest feedback.
- Collaborate on initiatives to promote hotel services and enhance efficiency.
- Handle emergencies with professionalism, ensuring safety and security.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
- Minimum two years of guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
- Minimum one-year guest service leadership role preferred.
- Experience with Property Management Systems, preferred Opera System.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel setting preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
