Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, entry-level, trilingual Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for those starting their sales career. You will engage potential customers, qualify leads, and set up opportunities for the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and prequalify inbound leads via phone, chat, and email.
- Tailor Lodgify's pitch to meet customer needs.
- Make up to 100 calls daily and handle high volumes of inbound conversations.
- Pass qualified leads to Sales and support deal closures.
- Log all activities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
- Share insights and help improve processes to boost team performance.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Fluency in English and native fluency in two of the following: French, Italian, German, or Spanish.
- At least one year in a customer-facing role; SDR or BDR experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and engaging phone presence.
- Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
