Role Overview
As a Trilingual Sales Development Representative at Lodgify, you will play a vital role in prequalifying inbound leads and driving our sales efforts forward in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prequalify inbound leads via telephone, chat, or email.
- Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify tailored to potential customers.
- Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls while identifying customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to transfer qualified leads.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage interactions and record activities.
- Participate in projects to improve sales operations and share insights.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred; 1 year as SDR is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in French and Spanish, German or Italian is essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a dynamic telephone presence.
- Passion for web-based solutions and a keen adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
