Role Overview

As a Trilingual Sales Development Representative at Lodgify, you will play a vital role in prequalifying inbound leads and driving our sales efforts forward in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prequalify inbound leads via telephone, chat, or email.
  • Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify tailored to potential customers.
  • Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls while identifying customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to transfer qualified leads.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage interactions and record activities.
  • Participate in projects to improve sales operations and share insights.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience is preferred; 1 year as SDR is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in French and Spanish, German or Italian is essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a dynamic telephone presence.
  • Passion for web-based solutions and a keen adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
