Role Overview
As Senior Product Designer Design Systems at Lodgify, you will own and strategically drive our Design System to ensure consistent, scalable, and meaningful end-to-end experiences. This is not a UI maintenance role – it requires systems thinking, strong product experience, and interaction craft to build foundations that power innovation across the platform.
How you will make an impact
- Own and evolve Lodgify's Design System ensuring usability, accessibility and scalability.
- Define contribution models and governance to avoid fragmentation.
- Translate product strategy into scalable design patterns and user journeys.
- Standardize complex cross-product experiences like the Universal Calendar and Notifications framework.
- Identify systemic UX gaps and propose scalable solutions.
- Partner with Engineers and PMs to align system evolution with product priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and act as the go-to authority for global interaction patterns.
- Maintain system libraries in Figma and ensure alignment with engineering implementation.
- Keep documentation clear, usable, and continuously updated.
- Raise the bar on interaction precision and system coherence across teams.
