Role Overview

The SDR (English French Italian) role is pivotal in prequalifying leads and driving sales efforts forward in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify leads via phone, chat, or email.
  • Tailor pitches by communicating Lodgify's value.
  • Drive conversations and manage inbound chats and calls.
  • Prospect actively with targets of 100 calls per day.
  • Leverage live chat and collaborate with the Sales team.
  • Organize interactions using HubSpot CRM.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales operations and processes.
  • Share insights with the Sales team.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing role; sales experience favored.
  • Excellent spoken and written English plus fluency in French and Italian.
  • Outstanding communication and a confident phone presence.
  • Passion for tech and web-based solutions.
  • Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
