What You'll Experience

Case studies: Engage in weeklong case studies with leaders to solve client issues and explore diverse career paths.

• Completed junior year of college by Summer 2026
• Ability to complete continuing education requirements
• Attendance at company meetings and training sessions

• Efficient organization and time management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
• Proficiency with office equipment and computer work
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
