About the Role
The Materials & Process Engineer Senior at Lockheed Martin will lead digital transformation initiatives in material data management and simulation modeling. You will work with composites, metallics, and manufacturing processes, while utilizing JavaScript and Python scripting to support the Material Center and other enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support adoption of new technologies and material qualification.
- Manage budget and schedule for material data management solutions.
- Lead projects on corrosion and plating simulation modeling.
- Coordinate material qualification from fabrication to testing and specification release.
- Collaborate with engineering, program, and production teams.
Additional Details
This role requires US citizenship due to ITAR restrictions. It includes part-time remote telework with a specific schedule to be determined. Prior experience in integration, test/troubleshooting, and Sikorsky process improvements is desired.
