Items Analyst Associate at Lockheed Martin
You will be the Items Analyst Associate for the Supply Operations team which is responsible for enabling high‑velocity supply support to multiple Aeronautics programs.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Items Analyst Associate you will be responsible for serving as the primary supply point of contact, coordinating logistics across programs, and driving performance improvements.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Act as the supply point of contact for multiple Aeronautics programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize aircraft maintenance planning and execution.
- Provide fleet support that enhances mission readiness and fleet availability.
- Implement innovative technologies and industry best practices to improve supply performance.
- Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for logistics processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Must hold an Interim Secret or Final DoD Secret clearance prior to start.
- Demonstrated experience with logistics, supply chain management, inventory tracking, procurement, etc.
- Holds at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Previous demonstrated experience with enterprise resource planning tools (ERP) like SAP, SFM, Tableau, etc.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- This position will require a government security clearance.
Desired Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in USAF programs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Supply/Logistics experience working with internal and external customer to deliver spares and repairs to warfighter.
- Logistics experience related to induction, planning, procurement, repair and delivery (DD250) of spares and repairs.
- Bench Stock/Bonded Stock issuing and ordering.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret or Secret clearance to start.
Work Arrangement
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
