Executive Administrative Professional

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Professional to support the Risk Management department and three Treasury directors. This role will also provide occasional backup for the Vice President, Treasurer, and other finance leaders. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, able to solve problems creatively, think independently, and maintain a professional image while handling sensitive materials with absolute discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize department files, including setup, scanning, posting to share drives, filing, and long-term storage.
  • Provide travel planning support for domestic and international bookings.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and/or other similar systems, including posting/deleting documents, managing access permissions, and lists of authorized users.
  • Support on- and off-site meetings: reserve conference rooms, arrange catering, process visitors, escort visitors, arrange ground transportation, and coordinate/set up videoconferencing.
  • Assist with meeting/event planning and implementation.
  • Provide general departmental support: manage incoming/outgoing mail, order office supplies, screen phone calls, cover the “opt-out” line, handle typing, faxing, copying, document editing, and scanning.
  • Maintain departmental calendars on Outlook and issue event notifications.
  • Process P-card purchases and reconcile expenses.
