What You’ll Do
As a Cyber Security Engineer you will work across a broad range of technical and engineering activities in a collaborative, Agile environment. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct manual and automated STIG assessments with reporting.
- Perform cyber risk assessments including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis.
- Define, analyze, and validate security design constraints per RMF/NIST 800-53 and DoD policies.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and developers to integrate security in system designs.
- Utilize cybersecurity tools (e.g., ACAS, EvaluateSTIG) and prototype software for workflows.
- Communicate status updates across teams and participate in Agile/DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives.
