Overview
Join the Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center team as an AI Scrum Master. In this role, you will drive agile team processes, coach team members, and contribute to the success of AI product teams working on advanced analytics and systems engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain processes to visualize teamwork scope.
- Monitor risks to milestones and goals.
- Facilitate team ceremonies and business rhythms.
- Collaborate with peers to share technical and leadership knowledge.
- Communicate customer needs and team metrics effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a scrum master or product owner. Excellent communication skills, team building, interpersonal skills, and a strong grasp of agile development methodologies. Working knowledge of AI and analytics is preferred along with familiarity with tools like GitLab, JIRA, VersionOne, Confluence, and Teams.
Desired Skills
- Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Certifications in Scrum Mastery or Product Ownership.
- Experience in leading technical teams.
- Ability to develop R&D proposals, presentations, and research plans.
- Experience with state-of-the-art technologies in AI, Simulation, Prognostics, Big Data, and Analytics.
