Lockheed Martin Space is on a mission to transform the future of space through innovation and advanced technologies. The Administrative Assistant III will support the National Security Space Line of Business in Littleton, CO by performing a variety of essential administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with executive visits and calendar management.
- Arrange meetings, travel, and organize correspondence.
- Collaborate with Program, Line of Business, and Space Systems staff.
- Maintain accurate records and project details.
- Provide backup materials for meetings and coordinate visitor screenings.
Qualifications
Candidate must have 2-3 years of administrative experience, expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with travel systems like Concur. A current Top Secret clearance is required.

- Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams.
