  • Coordinate internal teams (design, communication, ...) to ensure the smooth running of campaigns.
  • Explore and test new channels to strengthen brand visibility and attract a qualified audience.
  • Collaborate with marketing & communication, e-commerce, and eCRM teams to ensure consistency between activations and the brand's overall strategy.
  • Develop creative and innovative advertising devices, adapted to UK and US advertising codes.
  • Have a complete understanding of the online video ecosystem, all formats and platforms included (Social, CTV, DSP, BVOD, AVOD, SVOD…).
  • Test new platforms, new formats, and media partnerships to strengthen brand visibility and desirability.

Budget Management

  • Create the annual budget and manage reforecasts made during the year.
  • Manage media budgets and pilot investments to optimize campaign profitability or brand awareness performance.
  • Reallocate the budget with agility based on performance achieved across different channels.
  • Create purchase requests, track purchase orders, and follow up on invoicing to ensure the most up-to-date P&Ls possible each month.
  • Monitor expenses and adjust budgets in marketing files as well as financial files.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Track KPIs and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CPV, etc.).
  • Build media plans adapted to business calendars and product launches.
  • Produce regular reports and formulate strategic optimization recommendations for cross-functional teams, top management, and country directors.

Competitive Intelligence and Innovation

  • Ensure competitive intelligence to monitor trends in the cosmetics market and adjust acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Test new approaches and technologies to improve campaign performance and anticipate market developments.
  • Maintain regular monitoring of local media trends.

Management

  • Manage a team of 2 permanent employees and 1 intern.
