Job Description
Digital Marketing Acquisition Assistant - ERBORIAN
Join the ERBORIAN team as a Digital Marketing Acquisition Assistant, reporting to the Acquisition Manager within the Digital department. You will support Project Managers in their daily tasks, overseeing and coordinating acquisition channels to drive traffic to e-commerce sites. Your goal will be to contribute to the web revenue, profitability, and brand awareness of ERBORIAN, as well as the growth of its CRM base. You will manage the US & UK markets and collaborate with international teams to deploy and optimize the brand image online. You will assist in optimizing various levers managed by the team: SEA, SEO, SMA, Affiliation, VOD, etc.
Key Missions:
- Campaign Management and Performance: Serve as the primary point of contact for our media agency, providing all necessary elements for campaign setup. Ensure adherence to the commercial animation schedule.
- Brand Image Consistency: Create creative briefs for our Web Designer to produce relevant assets for ongoing campaigns, aligning with our brand image. Coordinate the creation of visual elements (videos, images, texts) in close collaboration with our Communication & Marketing team and Web Designer for large-scale media plans.
- Newsletter Opt-in Operations: Manage all operations for collecting newsletter sign-ups in collaboration with the CRM team, implementing animations across various channels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist with various reports and analyze KPIs. Support the construction of campaign performance reviews.

Candidate Profile:
- You are pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree (e.g., Business School, IAE, University) and ideally have previous experience in digital marketing.
- Strong experience in one or more acquisition levers is a significant advantage.
- You are flexible, versatile, diligent, organized, highly autonomous, proactive, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You can adapt to a small, fast-growing company environment.
- You have a strong team spirit.
- Excellent written French and English skills are required.
- Fluency in English is necessary for international team communication.
