Your missions will be the following:

Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns on Locala's proprietary platform and major DSPs.
  • Daily performance monitoring and proactive troubleshooting of delivery, pacing, and tracking issues.
  • Recommend and activate relevant audience segments based on client objectives and performance signals.
  • Analyze discrepancies with third-party measurement tools, in close collaboration with Support teams.
  • Advise on creative formats in direct liaison with design teams.

Programmatic Strategy & Omnichannel Expertise

  • Define and execute omnichannel strategies across CTV/OTT, programmatic DOOH, Display & Mobile.
  • Manage and optimize PMP (Private Marketplaces) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals, especially for local inventory.

Partner and Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client objectives, communicate results, and support upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related matters (ad operations).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local publishers.
  • Lead or contribute to weekly syncs with internal teams and external partners.

Reporting & Insights

  • Analyze performance data and translate results for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to reporting and data visualization using Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau.
