Position Responsibilities

The role of Senior Analyst - Recon involves critical reconciliation activities including daily, weekly, and monthly recon between client and prime broker data. Key responsibilities include research on pending cash, position, and trade discrepancies, follow up with external sources (clients and brokers) for faster resolution on breaks, and regular communication with portfolio managers and prime brokers.

  • Execute reconciliation processes on multiple timeframes.
  • Investigate and resolve pending cash, position, and trade discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with external sources and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Work on UAT environments for testing new functionalities.
  • Assist in training new joiners and supporting team SLA targets.

What We Are Looking For

Applicants must have an MBA in finance, minimum 2 years of reconciliation experience. Experience in fund administration or hedge fund operations is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Excel, including macros, and understanding of account postings in general ledger is required. Familiarity with product life cycles for Bank Loan or Listed products as well as Geneva is a plus.

  • Initiative in process automation and documentation.
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports is advantageous.
