Overview

Curtis Blue Line is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee the performance, operations, and strategic direction of multiple store locations. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, refining inventory and purchasing practices, and fostering leadership and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight for assigned CBL retail locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled inventory counts.
  • Analyze usage reports, coach Store Managers, and promote vendor relationships.
  • Manage clearance of obsolete stock to improve inventory health.
  • Collaborate with the CBL Uniform Specialist on custom uniform purchases.
  • Standardize production workflows including patch organization and quality control.
  • Develop training programs for Retail CSRs on product and process knowledge.
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings to align team efforts.
  • Create customer-specific quotes, catalogs, and pricing to streamline orders.
  • Assist and train Store Managers on bidding and proposal development.
  • Provide leadership coaching and handle employee relations in line with company values.
  • Support additional projects to further Curtis Blue Line’s mission.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of multi-store retail management and people management. Skills: Deep understanding of law enforcement products, proven leadership in high-pressure multi-site environments, project management, excellent interpersonal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Travel: Up to 50% required to support and visit CBL retail locations.
