Overview

Curtis Blue Line is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee the performance, operations, and strategic direction of multiple retail locations. The role drives operational excellence, optimizes inventory and purchasing practices, and fosters leadership and continuous improvement across the region.

Location Requirement: Must reside in Idaho, Arizona, or Utah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight for assigned CBL retail locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled inventory counts.
  • Analyze usage reports to refine purchasing strategies and coach Store Managers.
  • Manage clearance of obsolete stock to improve inventory health.
  • Collaborate on custom uniform purchases and standardize production workflows.
  • Develop ongoing training programs for retail staff and facilitate weekly meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support additional projects.
  • Create customer-specific quotes and assist with bidding and proposal development.
  • Provide leadership coaching and address employee relations matters.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in multi-store retail management and people management.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of law enforcement products and equipment.
  • Proven leadership in high-pressure, multi-site environments.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% for store support.
