Job Overview

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overall clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, exemplary patient experience, and effective supervision of staff. Reporting to the District Manager, you will also support the Operations Managers with daily operational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinic flow and patient wait times.
  • Supervise staff and serve as a liaison between clinic employees and corporate teams.
  • Utilize various computer systems including EMR, CRM, Lab, Payroll and HR systems.
  • Oversee documentation, inventory management, and cleaning guidelines.
  • Conduct onsite training and cross-training in different clinic roles.
  • Act as safety coordinator to ensure adherence to safe practices.
  • Support HR functions including scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to improve patient flow and retention.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role includes overseeing clinic staff performance, managing scheduling, payroll, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
