Overview
The Operations Manager - Property Mgmt at LMLC OPERATIONS LLC oversees the overall operations of the Property Management team within designated neighborhoods at Yellowstone Club, located in Big Sky, Montana. This full-time, year-round role manages a small portfolio of key client accounts while ensuring adherence to club policies and procedures.
Major Responsibilities
- Direct overall property management operations and supervise team activities.
- Foster a safety-focused culture and enforce safety and security procedures.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and maintain quality home inspection reporting.
- Train and guide team members including Lead, Primary, and Assistant Property Managers.
- Manage subcontractor projects, invoices, and ensure steady revenue streams.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee a small real estate portfolio and direct property manager teams.
- Create and maintain weekly schedules and provide continuous training.
- Manage performance appraisals and team feedback.
- Handle client complaints and ensure proper resolution.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain detailed home inspection reports and quality guides for properties.
- Ensure consistency in service quality across all properties.
- Conduct final walk-throughs and manage administrative tasks like timecards.
- Act as liaison between Residential Services teams for continuous improvement.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain positive workplace relations and professional appearance.
- Adhere to club policies and ensure a constructive team environment.
Experience/Education
- 6-8 seasons in property management or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years managing teams; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree and hospitality industry experience preferred.
Certificates & Licenses
Montana State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Computer and Language Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with smartphones.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role involves both office work in a climate-controlled environment and outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and performing physical tasks regularly.
