Key Responsibilities
The role involves developing both short-term and long-term strategic plans including:
- Defining go-to-market strategies for Commercial Building, Infrastructure and Industrial applications.
- Gathering customer feedback from contractors, specifiers, and distributors.
- Monitoring regulatory updates (IBC/IRC, ASTM, UL, FM, LEED, Buy America) to guide strategy.
- Building strong relationships with key partners and representing the company at industry events.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop comprehensive customer agreements and support product commercialization.
Job Requirements
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related fields (MBA/MS a plus).
- 7–10+ years in B2B growth roles within the Building & Construction sector.
- Proven experience in crafting strategy and converting it into tangible revenue streams.
- Strong familiarity with construction value chains, codes/standards, financial acumen, and CRM proficiency.
- Willingness to travel 40–60% and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
