About the Opportunity
Join Lloyds Banking Group on an exciting journey to transform non-financial risk management. In this role, you will be a key business partner within the Motor Finance Compliance team, ensuring adherence to core regulatory requirements including DISP, CONC and the Consumer Duty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with the Transport business as a compliance partner.
- Continuously monitor and report the Group’s risk exposure.
- Develop and implement a risk and control oversight plan.
- Support control owners in implementing and monitoring regulatory controls.
- Address control deficiencies and support remedial actions after breaches.
What You’ll Need
- Strong knowledge of UK regulations impacting Motor Finance.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks, best practices, and technology.
- Able to independently challenge risk decisions.
- Adept at interpreting new regulations and forecasting regulatory impacts.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
