About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Digital Experience and Data Science at Lloyds Banking Group will drive data-led development in colleague communications. The role involves evolving data processes, developing insights dashboards, and implementing AI solutions to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital: Evolve data processes using Power BI and agentic BI, support workflow streamlining with Microsoft tools, and shape the data narrative for channels transformation.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, run A/B testing, and benchmark internal data.
- Data Communication: Present actionable insights and recommendations through prepared reports.
Skills & Experience
A relevant degree or proven experience in a data science role, strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication, and organisational skills are essential.
Working Environment & Benefits
This full-time role is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the office, with locations in Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, and Halifax.
