About this Opportunity
The Assistant Manager, Digital Experience and Data Science at Lloyds Banking Group is a role within the Colleague Communications & Experience team, focusing on data-led development and enhancing colleague communications across channels. This role is designed to develop a Communication Insights dashboard into a key decision-making tool, guiding strategic priorities and integrating emerging AI solutions.
What you'll be doing
Digital: Ensure appropriate data insights using Power BI and agentic BI; streamline workflows with Microsoft tools; shape the data narrative to improve colleague experience; and implement AI solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyze key themes from diverse data sources, identify trends, conduct A/B testing, and benchmark internal data to create actionable insights. Collaborate with channels experts and educate partners on data importance.
Data Communication: Clearly articulate data trends and insights to partners, prepare and present reports with actionable recommendations.
