Job Responsibilities

• Build relationships within the Data Management Team and across departments.
• Collaborate with data governance stakeholders to manage data processes.
• Utilize analytical skills and banking understanding to deliver actionable insights.
• Report developments and data risks to top management and external bodies.
• Oversee implementation of new data management capabilities and stay updated with industry trends.

Profile

• Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Several years of experience in data management/governance in retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like DAMA DMBOK and DCAM.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or similar programming languages.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.
