About the role

Market Website Support Owner

LIXIL is seeking a dedicated Market Website Support Owner for the IMEA region (India, Middle East, Africa). This is a full-time, remote-possible employee assignment based in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for 58 markets regarding website-related inquiries and support.
  • Monitor and manage Jira tickets, addressing bugs, support requests, and new/updated master page requirements.
  • Collaborate with an agency for task outsourcing when necessary, including ticket creation, briefing, testing, and follow-up.
  • Facilitate requests for new master pages, updates, or adjustments by briefing the product owner.
  • Manage the master content roll-out to market websites, including briefing markets and creating/following up on Jira tickets.
  • Assess market needs for support from the Market Website Support Owner or agency for localization.
  • Conduct CMS training for new market colleagues and working students, including refreshment training and new functionality training.
  • Update training materials and onboard new team members to processes and systems, including account creation.
  • Maintain and update the Confluence NEO Content Operation library for the markets.
