Market Website Support Owner - IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa)

LIXIL INDIA PVT LTD is seeking a Market Website Support Owner for its IMEA region. This is a Full-Time Employee Assignment role, with the possibility of being fully remote.

Job Description:

As the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for 58 markets, you will be responsible for answering all website-related questions and providing comprehensive support.

Market Support:

  • Monitor Jira tickets created by markets for bugs, support requests, and new/updating master page requirements.
  • Handle tasks directly or outsource them to an agency by creating Jira tickets, briefing the agency, and conducting checks/testing.
  • Manage requests for new master pages, updates, or adjustments from markets by briefing the product owner.

Master Content Roll Out To The Market Websites:

  • Brief markets on content roll-out plans.
  • Create and follow up on Jira tickets for markets regarding content updates.
  • Assess if markets require support from the Market Website Support Owner or an agency for localization.

Training Of The Markets On The CMS:

  • Train new market colleagues and working students on the CMS.
  • Conduct regular refresher training sessions for all markets.
  • Develop and deliver new training for emerging functionalities or components, and train the markets accordingly.

On Boarding:

  • Onboard new market colleagues/working students to processes and systems.
  • Manage account creation.

Maintain and update the Confluence NEO Content Operation library for the markets.
