Job Description
Objective
Support the Regional Leader Brand Experience in the efficient delivery of regionally driven brand content across IMEA, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution. Support in day-to-day progress, priorities, and adaptation of global/central brand content for regional needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support in day-to-day regional brand content needs ensuring quality across markets and in-line with timelines and priorities.
- Support development and rollout of new product launch and campaign toolkits and frameworks for consistent market implementation.
- Support with the localisation and creative adaptation of brand content to local requirements while preserving brand consistency.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to enable efficient brand campaign and launch content rollout.
- Review and guide agency output to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support the Regional Leader in providing guidance, training, and resources to strengthen regional teams’ knowledge and application of Brand and CI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand, design and integrated marketing communications in multi-market environments.
- Strong understanding of brand identity systems, visual language, and premium brand execution.
- Skilled in design and creative processes, tools.
- High attention to detail in reviewing and managing creative content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong structured thinking and organisational skills.
Software Knowledge
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for reviewing and adapting creative content.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google workspace and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools, Monday.com and basic social media platforms.
