Job Description

Position Summary

The Human Resource Business Partner consults with leadership across retail, manufacturing, guest services, and distribution centers. This role acts as a change agent delivering a consultancy style approach to management and serves as the intermediate for all HR related matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units on HR policies and employee relations.
  • Implement and support HR strategy across business units.
  • Consult, coach, and mitigate potential HR risks.
  • Guide on performance, attendance, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with talent acquisition, retention, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies.
  • Support workforce planning and succession management.
  • Travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred with 5+ years in an HR Partner or Generalist role. Experience in big box multi-unit retail environments is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and preferably Workday is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $80,325.00 - $107,100.00, with overtime pay for eligible non-exempt team members and other benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, paid sick leave, and more based on eligibility.
