Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships.
- Establish trust and build a strong network of clientele.
- Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in closing deals.
- Facilitate regular sales training to drive team growth.
- Set a clear vision, goals, and lead the negotiation process.
- Partner with the General Manager on vehicle inventory planning.
- Assist in managing controllable expenses for both New and Used Vehicle Departments.
- Analyze business metrics to identify shortfalls and implement action plans.
Requirements
- Automotive dealership management experience preferred.
- Proven success in auto retail sales with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Passionate about training and mentoring sales team members.
- High energy, enthusiastic personality with advanced organizational skills.
- Experience with technology and a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is based on experience with a total monthly compensation of $6,000.00 to $7,000.00, plus commission based on sales performance. Full health, dental, life benefits, 401k, paid company holidays, and vacation are provided.
