Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships.
  • Establish trust and build a strong network of clientele.

  • Set a clear vision, goals, and lead the negotiation process.
  • Partner with the General Manager on vehicle inventory planning.
  • Assist in managing controllable expenses for both New and Used Vehicle Departments.
  • Analyze business metrics to identify shortfalls and implement action plans.

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership management experience preferred.
  • Proven success in auto retail sales with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Passionate about training and mentoring sales team members.
  • High energy, enthusiastic personality with advanced organizational skills.
  • Experience with technology and a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience with a total monthly compensation of $6,000.00 to $7,000.00, plus commission based on sales performance. Full health, dental, life benefits, 401k, paid company holidays, and vacation are provided.
