Ecommerce Associate
Lively Root is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to serve as the crucial link between our merchandising, creative, and marketing teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing tasks on our website, including product uploads, coordinating photography, running promotions, and ensuring the website remains polished and on-brand.
This is more than just an execution role; we are looking for an individual who can identify and rectify broken processes, contribute innovative ideas, and is eager to grow with our company!
What You'll Own
- Product uploads: Accurately build and publish new products in Shopify.
- Product photography coordination: Collaborate with OPS, manage timelines, and ensure assets are ready for launch.
- Shopify management: Perform site updates, fix bugs, and maintain storefront appearance and functionality.
- Seasonal & promotional updates: Set up sales, refresh content, banners, and landing pages for key campaigns.
- QA: Review and validate all site changes before they go live.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an ecommerce, digital, or web operations role.
- Hands-on Shopify experience; you are proficient with the platform.
- Strong attention to detail; you can identify issues before they impact customers.
- A systems thinker who excels at improving processes rather than just following them.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Clear communicator skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- A passion for plants is a must!
