The Role
This hybrid builder/support role blends IT support with development to create and maintain digital tools for live events. You will:
- Provide onsite IT troubleshooting for venue staff and touring production teams.
- Manage event day IT support ensuring POS, access control, and network systems are operational.
- Deploy, maintain, and manage IT equipment and network hardware.
- Collaborate on internal and fan-facing digital tools using React/Next.js, Supabase, and Figma designs.
- Work with venue leadership and remote IT teams to design, test, and improve digital workflows.
Technical Expertise & Customer Service
You should have strong knowledge of Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies, with proven troubleshooting skills in high-pressure environments. Experience with IT ticketing systems is an asset.
Flexibility & Event Environment
This role includes event-driven hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and long days for concerts and festivals. A vehicle is required for inter-venue travel.
