Role Summary

The Manager, Communications will shape internal and external communications for LivCor and its property management partner, Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC) in Atlanta. You will lead strategic communications efforts, support senior executives, and collaborate across functions in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans across multiple channels.
  • Support enterprise and partner messaging between asset management and external audiences.
  • Manage digital communications including newsletters, intranets, and social media.
  • Partner with senior leaders to amplify executive voices and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure measurable goal achievement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform creative content and messaging.

What You Will Bring

A bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, and exceptional storytelling and communication skills. You must be solutions-focused, comfortable in ambiguity, and capable of supporting senior leadership. Experience in property management, digital engagement, and social media is an asset.
