Associate Asset Management at LivCor

What You Will Do

  • Manage the performance of a regional portfolio of assets based in Atlanta.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute value maximizing strategies.
  • Leverage financial statements and analytical tools to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to assess performance and oversee value-add initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Blackstone on due diligence and acquisition underwriting.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
  • 3-5 years of acquisition or asset management experience.
  • Strong understanding of real estate finance, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret quantitative data, trends and market reports.
  • Experience in multifamily operations and transactional due diligence.
