Job Description

About The Company

Livaclean is a fast-growing Amazon private label company with over 77 products launched in the health, beauty, and medical categories. We currently operate in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Germany, with plans to expand into more European markets in 2026. Our brands, Livaclean and Livaclean Health, are focused on scaling efficiently across multiple international marketplaces.

About The Role

This is a full-time remote contractor position for an Amazon Content & Listing Optimization Specialist. You will take complete ownership of the Amazon listing lifecycle, from transforming sourcing information into structured listing briefs to coordinating design and A+ content, and finally, ensuring everything is quality-checked before launch. While we leverage AI tools for first-draft content generation, your primary focus will be on refining, optimizing, structuring, and managing the coordination process, rather than writing from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Creation & Optimization
  • Write and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
  • Ensure strategic keyword placement and benefit-driven copy.
  • Optimize listings for conversion across multiple marketplaces.
Design & Content Coordination
  • Create image briefs, packaging briefs, and main image briefs for designers.
  • Coordinate A+ Content creation, including briefing, revisions, and approvals.
  • Manage revision cycles between design output and internal feedback.
  • Support hero image split test coordination.
Quality Control & Backend Management
  • Perform final QC checks before publishing (ASIN, SKU, FNSKU, pricing, images, A+ content).
  • Handle backend settings in Seller Central, including tax codes, battery flags, browse nodes, variation setup, and miscellaneous backend fields.
Project & Asset Management
  • Organize product assets in Google Drive.
  • Track listing subtasks in ClickUp.
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure on-time launches.
  • Coordinate listing localization for EU marketplaces, including translations and keyword research.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience with Amazon listing creation, optimization, or catalog management.
  • Hands-on experience writing Amazon titles, bullet points, and backend keywords.
  • Strong understanding of what makes a listing convert (SEO, keyword placement, image sequencing, benefit-driven copy).
  • Experience with A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (listing setup, backend fields, variation management).
  • Strong attention to detail, as you will manage listings across 5+ marketplaces.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain a listing or catalog project you worked on: what it was before, what changes you made, and how performance improved.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in health, beauty, skincare, or medical categories.
  • Experience managing packaging or image briefs.
  • Familiarity with Amazon SEO tools (Helium 10 Cerebro/Magnet, DataDive, etc.).
  • Experience with multi-marketplace listings (EU localization and translations).
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
