Our partner offers a simple and automated solution for managing the entire contract lifecycle. A pioneer in integrating generative AI, the company is revolutionizing legal practice within businesses and boasts a prestigious client portfolio including TF1, Bouygues, Hachette, and Crédit Agricole. Self-funded and sustainable, the company has a multi-million ARR. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Client Success, your mission will be to be at the heart of the client relationship, ensuring their satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. This role is a blend of Customer Success and Project Management.
Your Missions
- Collaborate closely with the business team to assist them during product demonstrations and showcase the tool's value.
- Ensure the implementation of new clients on the platform and train legal and operational teams.
- Gather client feedback, identify areas for product improvement, and lead parallel projects such as webinars and events.
Required Skills
- Law degree, ideally complemented by a Master's in Business.
- Excellent listening and reassuring skills, with a smiling, sunny, and thoughtful personality, capable of remaining calm to appease clients.
- Eagerness to join a rapidly expanding startup and thrive in an agile environment. Previous startup experience is a plus.
- C1 level English to conduct necessary meetings.
