The Littelfuse Internship Program offers enriching opportunities to students and recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. We are dedicated to providing interns with a rewarding experience through comprehensive professional development, hands-on learning, and opportunities for meaningful contributions. This is a chance to gain professional skills and on-the-job training in a truly global company. This particular role is a 6-month paid internship with a hybrid work arrangement.

About The Internship

• Fixed term opportunity to gain experience and understand the overall concepts of Digital Innovation, Transformation and Intelligent Process Automation.
• Support the Digital Innovation team with daily tasks and new projects focused on automation and AI-enabled productivity.
• Help identify good opportunities for agentic automation by observing how people work today and spotting repetitive, time-consuming steps.
• Grow technical competency by learning business process automation, agentic automation, data analysis.
• Work on designated projects and contribute ideas to improve processes and take initiative.
• Closely collaborate with team members and other teams in the organization.

About You

• Junior student in Mathematics, IT, business management studies (or related studies), interested in gaining hands-on experience.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to learn Microsoft toolkits – Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry and Microsoft Fabric.
• Available to work in a part-time/full-time role.
• Interested in fixed term opportunity.
• Great communicator and fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Motivated to join an international and fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
