Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.
Lithic is hiring for a Business Operations Associate to execute projects that improve how we operate and scale. You'll work across teams to solve complex problems and drive measurable outcomes on strategically important initiatives.
This role is designed for someone early in their career with a high motor, hunger to learn, and clear ambition. You'll gain deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem while working on cutting-edge problems in payments, stablecoins, and AI.
What You'll Do as a Business Operations Associate
- Own strategic projects end-to-end: devise strategy, execute, and deliver results
- Assist in building new business lines and launching initiatives from concept to completion
- Help drive high-stakes initiatives across product, partnerships, and go-to-market
- Solve complex problems that require coordination across multiple teams
- Use data and analytics to measure progress and adapt approach
What You Bring
- 0-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or fintech
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and make sound decisions with incomplete information
- Get things done mentality: You break down problems, find solutions, and execute without extensive oversight
- Team player who jumps in where needed and collaborates effectively across functions
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments where problems aren't clearly defined
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical ability with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Track record of completing projects independently and delivering results
Compensation and Benefits
The annual US salary range for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
